Although most manuals are Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS), we specialize in providing technical manuals that satisfy customer needs. Many customers require manuals specific to their system. Harris' staff of writers have a diverse background in operations and maintenance, and are able to adapt to challenging customer requirements. In addition, we can deliver Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETMs) for selected products.
